Reverend Chris Arcadi

Lead Pastor

I am honored and blessed to be a part of the ministry here at PCC! As a Rochester native, I am excited to be able to serve the Lord in my home community. In pursuit of my call to pastoral ministry, my educational training includes a ministry degree from Roberts Wesleyan College and master’s degree from Northeastern Seminary. God also called me to serve for five years as a campus missionary with CRU.

The Lord has blessed me with a beautiful wife, Becky, and two beautiful daughters, Anna and Sarah. A few priorities that guide my life and ministry are a deep love for God and his Word, keeping family as my first priority, and loving people with the grace and truth of Jesus Christ.

A verse if scripture that has been especially meaningful to me is Galatians 2:20, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

I was blessed to join the PCC team in October 2025 after hearing God’s clear call to serve the local church! In preparation to respond to His call, I earned a Master of Divinity degree from Kairos University. Previously, I served as Vice President for Church Investors Fund, a finance ministry affiliated with the North American Baptist Conference.

The Lord has blessed me with a wonderfully loving and patient wife, Nora, three sons, and three daughter-in-laws —Justin (Danielle), Micah (Michelle), and Leighton (Emily). We don’t have any grandchildren yet, but we trust God will bless us in His timing. In life, I turn to God’s Word and His endless, undeserved, perfect love. I also enjoy serving others and, hopefully, helping them see God’s love and that He has uniquely gifted each of us.

A verse of scripture that has been especially meaningful to me is Mark 12:30-31, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
